What kinds of photos do you shoot?

We specialize in shooting small and medium sized products for web and print use.

When will I get my photos?

We strive to deliver your images within 7 days of receiving your products. We will be able to give you an exact delivery date when we receive you packages.

What rights do I have to my photos?

We grant you full rights to your photos. You can use them anywhere and anyway you want to.

We have very few limitations on the types of products we can shoot. Basically if you can ship it to us through UPS, FedEx or the US Mail we will be able to shoot your photos. If you have any concerns please contact us and we will be able to help.
We are able to shoot anything up to 36" x 36" x 36" and weighing up to 30lbs.
At the beginning of every photography project we will have you fill out a shot list. As a part of this list you can direct us on how you would like a particular product photographed. We will do everything we can to accomidate your requests.
Yes you can. We can take photos of product groups up to 10 products at a time. There is an additional charge for this as it requires additional setup and post production editing.
When we are processing your photos we will make minor corrections to flaws and perform color correction to make your photos look the best that they can.
We shoot your photos using a 20 megapixel camera with a native resolution of 5,568 x 3,712 pixels. When we discuss your project, we will talk about where you plan to use your photos. Based on this we may resize your photos for that sales channel.
Adding a clipping path to your photo takes the background out of the photo. We deliver a transparent background so you can place your product on any background you would like.
We can deliver the photos in a couple of different formats. If you are using the photos on the web we will provide a high quality JPEG at the resolution you desire. If you need the photos for print we can provide a full resolution TIFF. We can also provide to you a clipped Photoshop file. This is only recomended for advanced users and there may be an additional cost for this. Please contact us with any questions.
Yes you can. We give you full use rights to your photos. You can use them where ever and how ever you would like.
The first step is filling out our Start A New Project form. From there we will contact you and provide you a quote for the photography.
We can photograph almost anything. If you can ship it to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS we should be able to photograph it. If you have questions about this please contact us and we will discuss your needs.
We are able to shoot anything that is 36"x36"x36" or smaller.
Your images will be available for you to download through our secure website, The DarkRoom. You will have access to your projects, shot lists and photos once they are complete.
Yes we can ship your products back to you if you provide us with a return shipping label. We will do our best to re-box everything in its original packaging and ship back to you via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
We operate on a first in first out schedule. We will do everything we can to have your photos ready in less than 7 business days. The only way to guarentee delivery date is to pay the $25 per photo rush fee. This will guarantee you photos in 3 days for order less than 25 photos.
After you have completed your shot list and submitted your order, we will invoice you for the total amount. From this emailed invoice you will be able to pay via credit card or send a regular business check. When you pay via credit card we do not store or ever have your credit card number, it is securely processed through our payment processing company.
Because of our fast turn around and the fact that we make your photos available as soon as they are shot, we collect payment up front. Do not worry though your job is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied and we are not able to make it right we will refund your money.
It is our goal that all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are not happy with the photos and they have not met your expectations, we will do all we can to make your situation right. If we cannot come to a solution we will refund your money.
Paying by credit card will guarantee the fastest turn around of your photos. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also will take a company check, but this does slow down the process a bit as we wait until the check clears to begin your work.
You can view our complete Privacy Policy here. But it is this simple. We will not share your private information with anyone. We do not sell our customer lists or your email addresses. We use the best security on our website and do everything we can to protect you and your company.
When you log into The DarkRoom, you will be able to create a project. Once you have done this, you will add shots to that project. This list of shots will help direct our photographers in how you would like your products to appear. It also is where you will select various options for the shot.
We do not shoot on location at this time.
Because of the nature of our business and when we do our work, it is not possible to sit in on your shoot. Sometimes these things happen late at night and we cannot guarantee what day or what time we will be working on your photos.
